Born to Gladys and Ernest Tookey he had 1 brother and 6 sisters although he was not the Eldest off the family he was the eldest male and his brothers and sisters often sought after him for advice.
He met Dolores O'Mahony when he was 18 and she was just 16 they were wed by his age of 19 and her age off 17 they had a daughter when she was 20 years of age and he was 23.
By the time Dolores was 39 and Anthony was 43 Mandy had had a baby girl and they were now grandparents. At just 45 Anthony was a granfather yet again when Mandy's second daughter came along.
Anthonys third grandchild came along when he was 46 years of age. He had no other grandchild forseeable in the future however this changed 7 years later when he was 52 and his last grandchild was born.
Anthony worked as many things over the years but the one job he stuck with was landscape gardening he was self employed in this trade before moving to join the council.

hello tony just thought id say hello hope u are ok me and the boys took kerri-ann dee-anne and sinade skegg with us last week the weather was great and we all had a great time the girls kept talking about u all the time about all the things u used to do in skeg and we went in scaly wags most days sinade new the dances off by heart they did say it wasnt the same with out u and dee there thow well thats it 4 now talk to u soon

since you said goodbye it still hurts because its a whole that never heals its hard but as we all say life goes on im glad grandmas doing well in her driving lesson im so proud of her and how she has cooped its been nearly a year now but we all miss you and im glad your watching me love you always xxxx dee-ann and daniel xxxx
how good you was 2 me
when i met you i was only just born now as we all no you were the bestest grandad anybody could ask for now you did anything for anybody with in good reasons. to start with you held me when i was a baby, you put your arms around me when i needed a coulddle, you picked me up when i fell, you dried my eyes when i cried, you'd play with us and through me in the pound when i didnt believe you when you said you had have enough of me anoying you, also you never moaned at me and got on my case all the time like my mum and my grandma, also mainly you were like my bestest friend that anyone could ever of asked for i really do miss you grandad and i cherish the words you said and the good memories that you left us when god swiftley taken you away love you xx
i miss you grandad
with everything thats going on i no you are still with us we all miss you dearly. if i had one whish it would be to bring you back and that way we can forget the cruleness of god for when he took you away in person i really miss you it ture me apart from the begining even though i dont show it it hurts. i am sorry for being the way i was with evrybody and i wish i could change that but now i have no choice and follow the guilt around with me. ill see you very soon lots of love your grandson ryan xxx
